About Doug Harrison
Doug is a 4th year doctoral student in the Department of Psychology. He studies the development of temperament, learning, and self-regulation in young children and the underlying neurophysiology of these processes. Doug has previously served as the College of Science representative on the Graduate Student Budget Board, which led him to run for Director of Finance. Doug's priorities for this year are developing new funding mechanisms for funding that can support graduate student life and opportunity on campus, streamlining administrative processes, and voicing graduate student concerns on University funding boards.
Outside of academics, Doug enjoys sampling local cuisines, hiking, (board) gaming, and taking cat naps with his fur baby, Ravioli.
