Program registration is currently open and will remain available until one week before the event or until we reach full capacity, whichever occurs first. We encourage you to complete your payment and register early to secure your spot.

The Graduate and Professional School Fair is free for student attendees — pre-registration is highly recommended to inform us of the programs you are interested in!

Parking:
Kent Square Parking Garage within short walking distance charges $10 (credit/debit card) upon exit for 4 to 10 hours. Alternatively, you may use ParkMobile for campus parking.

Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available; VT Open WiFi or Eduroam. Further information is available here.

Join us for the Annual Graduate and Professional School Fair at Virginia Tech, bringing together our students and recruiters from many different schools, each reflecting different programs and opportunities. Explore options, connect with recruiters, and gain insights into your next steps. Find the program that is right for you.

The Fair is hosted by the Graduate and Professional Student Senate, and is facilitated by the Graduate School to connect the Virginia Tech community to advanced degree opportunities. Local, regional, and national programs and schools are invited, with the goal of presenting a wide range of graduate programs for students to explore.

The event, like all of our events, can be found on our Twitter account, Instagram account, and through the weekly Graduate School listserv email.

Recruiters usually represent programs in:

  • Business Schools
  • Law and Juris Doctorate programs
  • Medicine and Medical fields
  • Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics
  • Public policy, government affairs
  • Human sciences, psychology, social work
  • Education, communications

Example Volunteer opportunities: organization of the event,  marketing of the event, recruiter management for the event, tech support for the event, set up of event, tear down at end of event, organization of participants and their activities.
