Greater DC Metro Area GSA

The Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) in the DC region is the official representation and governing body of the VT graduate students in (the greater D.C. metro area). The GSA in the DC Metro Area works closely with the GPSS  headquartered in Blacksburg.

They are dedicated to advocating for graduate students’ concerns and to serve as their liaison with the University Administration. Every year, they work to improve campus life, scholarly development, and graduate community by organizing academic, professional, and social events. The GSA in the DC Metro Area works closely with the GSA in Blacksburg, providing administrative and organizational support.
